TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking recommendations for RT-PCR and Fit to Fly tests before flying out of the UK. Several users responded with experiences from different testing services, emphasizing the reliability of local clinics over postal services, especially during the busy holiday season. Medicspot was recommended for its guaranteed next-day results and certification, along with cautions about potential delays with postal tests.

I would be driving somewhere rather than relying on the postal service this time of year π

They have lots of places where you pick it up and drop it off. Itβs a U.K. approved lab so no issue.
I have. And Iβm also using them again in January

Many people are missing flights after relying on a postal service, choose wisely

Not sure where you are in the country I did mine at Exeter travel clinic as live in Cornwall ,I went in but they do post them out also. Great service took 16 hours for results and good communication π
π the document they seemed most concerned with at check in and arrival was the medical insurance I had to point out where it said covid is covered so just double check it says it in your paperwork π€
