3 gms is 3 mls. Get a medicine cup or a syringe....or even a measuring spoon. You can also shop at Lazada online if it is really necessary to get it that accurate and nothing else would suffice but a scale.

I use a coffee scale measure to 1 gram, from Lazada. Where do you get dough, yeast, etc?
