Arrived Bangkok from London yesterday and doing my 24 hour quarantine at Citrus Grande Hotel in Pattaya.
Anyone looking to stay at this hotel please give it a wide berth.
Pick up at Airport by hotel rep was abysmal, last to leave. Rep very unhelpful.
Food disgusting / cold and just dumped outside your room.
Wrong WiFi details supplied to connect to Internet and waited 5 hours for room service to sort out. (Despite calling them from room phone several times).
The only thing on the upside is that PCR test result returned within 3 hours... but...unless you ask ,which I did whilst calling re the WiFi issue, they don't ring your room to give you the result. They will let you leave after result is known before expiry of 24 hours.

Hello Colin.i booked this hotel for the 1 night quarantine package.i arrive 24th December. I booked through agoda and i have emailed the hotel direct 4 times to enquire about airport transfer but ive had no correspondence from them at all
Sorry about your experience I was in the same hotel three weeks ago had a completely different time.
Arrived got tested, booked in, great room, WiFi good I brought Firestick worked a treat, results of test phoned to be next morning, different day different experience 🤷
So, you don't get a test result via e-mail? During my Phuket Sandbox in October, I received an e-mail result, and I assume the hotel received something as well.
I had a better experience than you at a different hotel but they also did not tell me my results until I called and asked them. My test was completed at 7PM the day I checked in and I had to call at 10AM the next morning to ask what the results were. So weird. Why not tell me? Like just slip a note under the door if you're worried about waking me up or something...
