Hi there..

Anyone who know the process of getting non-o visa (thai wife) in Lao? Do we need to make appointment before we go there or ok to just walkin and submit the form + require documents? If have to make appointment, can we do online please send the link for us?

2 Passport pictures

Original Wedding certificate

Copy wedding certificate front and back (signed by both)

Copy ID wife front and back, signed by her

Copy blue house book address and name page signed by wife.

In Savannakhet you can walk in without appointment and you have to option between the Single Entry Non Immigrant O visa based on being married to a Thai National, cost 2.000 Thb or the 1 year Multiple Entry Non Immigrant O visa etc, this visa gives you each entry during the 1 year validity 90 days of stay, if good timed you can get 15 months of stay out of this visa.

In Vientiane you can only get the Single Entry Non Immigrant O visa based on being married to a Thai National, which gives you 90 days of stay and you need an appointment made by this website:
