TLDR : Answer Summary
A Malaysian citizen planning to enter Thailand must follow specific procedures, including applying for the Thailand Pass. It's important to note that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) may vary depending on whether you are going to Bangkok or Phuket. While travel insurance can be purchased from Malaysian companies like AIA, Allianz, or AIG, several comments suggest opting for a Thai insurer for better coverage and understanding of local regulations, with AXA Thai and Tune being recommended options.

Use Tune not AXA. AXA will not give refunds if you need to cancel for what ever reason. Tune will, si use Tune

I would actually recommended using a thai insurer. I used AXA Thai, 1000 baht for a month.

ohh. itu senang. just pick those test n go package from booking/agoda. make sure got include airport transfer and pcr test.

then you need to mysejahtera vaccine cert. just generate it at the app.

then you need insurance. i got malaysia insurance but i didnt use. i use thai insurance, incase if anything happen to you, easy to make claim. (either tune thai or axa, dont take luma, that one fake).

then you have all these. just attached at the travelpass website and gaodim.

you can try ask your insurance agent to write out some letter. Inside the letter write apa apa that claimable and equivalent coverage amount in USD.
