TLDR : Answer Summary
For travelers heading from Singapore to Thailand, several insurance options are recommended. Common plans include Luma (Tune Protect) and AXA Thailand, which are favored especially for the Thailand Pass requirements. The FWD covid-only plan is noted as the cheapest. Other options such as WorldTrips have been mentioned, but with a caution regarding their coverage. It's advisable to check detailed offerings through the official Thailand Pass website or specific insurance provider links.
There are several Thai insurance plans that almost everyone uses. Luma (Tune Protect) and AXA Thailand are by far 2 of the most common. The cheapest is FWD's covid-only plan that you can find linked to in the insurance section at the bottom of the official Thailand Pass application website's front page at tp.consular.go.th
Does luma insurance accepts payment via a MasterCard international debit card? As I've checked last time on AXA insurance, they only accept payment via credit card.
