What is the experience of obtaining a DTV visa at the London embassy?
Dtv accepted - London embassy
Applied Monday for workcation / freelance.
Applied Monday night around 8:30pm, they asked for additional paperwork Wednesday midday which included HMRC tax records for 25/26. They did ask for things I uploaded already in the first application like bank statements etc but just re uploaded the same thing.
Explained everything with a cover letter in detail which I think helps. Honesty is best policy and if all your paperwork is in order there is no reason to be refused.
Uploaded everything by Wednesday night and was accepted today by 1pm.
4 day turn around with no agency used 🎉🙏🏼

That's what you should do... print it out.
You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.
Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
