Good news story!! 🥳 After reading all the horror stories about entry I was FULLY prepared for a showdown and a million questions when entering through BKK airport today.
I was on a connecting flight to Samui so went through the connecting flights immigration desk.
I handed in my TDAC and DTV, had ZERO questions asked, took a few mins and I now have a 6 month stamp 🥳

Why would there be a showdown? Literally the ONLY people who will have issues coming in on a DTV (and then it's not really the DTV that is the issue) are those with past issues (but they'll probably still be let in) and arrivals from Cambodia, who may be extensively questioned and asked for proof of funds, made to fill out a form and so forth. May is the key word because it won't happen to everyone.

True. Not seen a single first hand credible named source of someone denied entry. The only ones I have seen are 2nd hand and not from credible sources.
