TLDR : Answer Summary
As of April 1, 2022, updated measures indicate that inbound travellers to Thailand may not be required to take a pre-departure RT-PCR test. This has led to discussions among travelers about the necessity of testing before departure, with some choosing to proceed with testing as a precaution.
Departure date 31 March, landing in Thailand on 1 April.. based on the information in the screenshot, and my own assumptions, no RT-PCR test necessary before departure in this scenario. But I will take no chances and proceed with my test before departure anyway. Better safe than sorry.
📌Starting April 1, 2022 the mandatory RT-PCR COVID Test that you have to take before traveling to Thailand will no longer be required for all travelers.
