What are the best ways to rent a condo in Bangkok and avoid common issues?
Does anyone have recommendations for renting condos in Bangkok? I have been looking into renting a condo using facebook groups however i am running into issues.

What issues? There are thousands of empty condos here - do you have any unusual requirements? I would suggest using just Marketplace rather than groups, I’m given to understand that’s how locals find a rental.
