Is there anyone who has experienced a border visa run from Bangkok post covid in 2022 and able to comment? It seems there are very few agencies that provide this kind of service post covid for obvious reasons. Immigration has also changed the rules to limit these to two times per calendar year. I am Canadian and looking for agency/company recommendations as i need to do one by Nov. 3. I'll be happy to report back my experience either way. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking insights and recommendations regarding border visa runs from Bangkok, specifically after the COVID pandemic changes in 2022. They noted a need to complete this by November 3 and emphasized that there are limited agencies offering these services post-COVID. Comments from the community clarified definitions around border runs and visa runs, and reiterated that while there are general limitations on land entries, the exact number of entries allowed can be discretionary.
Ok thanks. So i guess i named it wrong. Im looking to do a border run and looking for recommendations for agencies. I understand i can fly in and out and apply for a visa at the corresponding consulate an umlimited amount of times which is not what i am looking to do this time.
There's no such thing as a border visa run. You either do a border run (go to the border, stamp out of Thailand, into another country, then turn around and come back to Thailand), or a visa run (go to a Thai consulate in another country and apply for and purchase a visa).
Normally a border run is to use a visa exempt entry, or get another entry on a multi-entry visa you already have.
The rules have also not changed regarding this and have been the same for a long time.
There is no written rule that limits how many visas you can get in a year or how many times you can enter with a visa in a year. It's all at the discretion of the embassy/consulate or passport control officer.
The only written limitation is a maximum of 2 land entries, by visa exempt, per calendar year. You can enter an unlimited number of times visa exempt by air, once again at passport control officer discretion. This rule was in place before Covid ever happened.
