Gourmet market in emquartier has the best high quality beef products I’ve seen not only in Bangkok, but anywhere in the world.

At most any of the Gourmet markets. At Siam Discovery, Emquartier, the Emporium, they all carry a wide selection of beef, including from Australia, but I personally prefer the American beef they also carry. They all have at least 3-4 varieties of Waygu Japanese beef also. For beef the Gourmet markets have the best selection. But, be aware that each location doesn't necessarily have the same selections. It would be best to go to Emquartier, and the Emporium right across the street.
