TLDR : Answer Summary
The community recommends several Indian restaurants around Sukhumvit, Bangkok, for expats looking for reliable dining options. Top mentions include Dosa King (great vegetarian options and a favorite among users), Bawarchi (located within Grand President Hotel), and Indus (on Sukhumvit Soi 26). Other notable mentions are Dakshin for authentic South Indian food, Punjab Grill (Soi 13) for excellent presentation, and Rang Mahal at Rembrandt Hotel for a more upscale experience. Additionally, some users suggest hidden gems like a restaurant on Sukhumvit Soi 8 and Spicy By Nature on Sukhumvit 63. The consensus recommends trying multiple places, as tastes can vary.

Depends where you are from ? , if like me from England (where curries are our national dish ) 😆 it’s hard to find the same oily unnaturally colored curries.

I like Dum Handi which is on Sukhumvit 23 ( I think) , try that one

There’s a hidden gem of an Indian restaurant on Sukhumvit Soi 8.

Go down Soi 8 for 50 metres from the Main Sukhumvit Road & it’s at the end of the alley beside “RED HOG BAR & TATTOO”.

Possibly the best in Bangkok .
