TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on making a border run to Malaysia before June 3rd, while currently located in Khanom. Suggestions from the community include taking a cheap flight to Kuala Lumpur, traveling by train from Surat Thani to Padang Besar for immigration procedures, and contacting border bounce companies on Koh Samui that provide ferry services to Donsak.

You could contact the border bounce companies on Samui they all go on the ferry to Donsak. The one I used asks you visit their office first but maybe they would make an exception. They charge 3700 baht from Samui.
