Do you mean what are the advantages of living in Thailand compared to the Philippines?

Or do you mean Hua Hin compared to another town/city and if so where?

There are good medical facilities there including large Bangkok and state hospitals.

I have met several people from the Philippines there, so I believe the answer is yes to that question.
