Heads up: I'm at the Ban Pakard (Cambodia) land border crossing (Cambodian side) and an official here is telling me this border crossing has been closed on the Thai side by the provincial government for fourteen days. Another official here just called his counterparts at Poi Pet and said the border is still open there.

Update: My driver from Ban Pakard took me to the Ban Laem crossing because it was closer and it was open, so I don't know for sure if Poi Pet is open.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Ban Pakard border crossing is currently closed on the Thai side for fourteen days, according to an official at the Cambodian side. However, there are conflicting reports about the status of the Poi Pet border, which may still be open. Travelers are advised to check the latest updates or consider using alternative crossings like Ban Laem.

, well what ever countries passport you used to ENTER Cambodia (if you did it by LAND) that's the passport you'd use to EXIT Cambodia and enter thailand

BUT most borders don't let (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru OR South Korea bounce because those people get 90 day visa exempt entries NOT 30 days

GO to the Phnom Penh airport and FLY in to thailand AND do it BEFORE midnight tonight when the new arrival requirements take effect

My visa doesn’t run out until 4th April ... I thought I needed to beat the deadline tonight

Because I couldn’t get one for Ban Pakkard on line

Sorry to tell you, but Nong Khai is in Thailand near Friendship Bridge and Lao border crossing. Border is closed.

I'm at the Ban Laem crossing now and it's open, I'll find out soon if they'll let me in. I've bounced before at Nong Khai on my Argentinian passport but I can see how it may be different here.

You do know that the Aranyaprathet - Poi Pet border is in Sa Kaeo province and that Ban Laem & Ban Pakard are both in Chantaburi province AND the governors of each province decided on their own if they're gonna close or stay open.

I'd say GO to Ban Pakard and see what's what. I know people stamped IN from Cambodia TO thailand this morning but I have no reports of anyone successfully bouncing yet today

They crossed at the Ban Pakard border crossing? I just was there and was told it was closed. But they also said the Thai provincial government could close one crossing and keep others open.
