Hello. My friend's mother, an Indian national, entered Thailand on March 9th on a 60 day tourist visa issued in India. Her visa is due to expire on May 7th.

My questions is, is she covered under the visa amnesty? Or does she need to go to see immigration? 

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

She is indeed covered by the amnesty until no longer than July 31st and does NOT need to go to the immigration office.

Have her watch the news for when the borders open and what amnesty holders need to do once that happens.
