Avoid being denied entry service for 3,000฿? Lots of people here have got this e-mail and I am looking for answers. I'm sure by now we are all aware that Immigration is cracking down on long term tourist visa people who are showing proof of 20k cash but being denied based on 120 days per year as the verbal reason and marking insufficient funds on paper.

But how is it possible to meet a representative inside the airport before stamping into immigration to guide you through arrival process? Isn't that area reserved for people specifically flying into Thailand?

What is this process like?

Can anyone shed more information on this service?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A discussion on fast track immigration services at Thai airports, highlighting their legitimacy and discussing the risks involved, including the fact that payment does not guarantee entry. Many community members express skepticism towards these services, emphasizing that the immigration officer has the final say on entry regardless of payment. There are mentions of companies offering such services and their limitations, particularly for travelers with an overstayed visa.

Welcome in Thailand. Everything seems to be possible, if it is completely legit is the question. But if you don't like to play by the rules, have a go. As long as it works, you're inside Thailand. If it does not work, it will be or denied entry or something more serious.

Great business idea! Charge people for a guarantee of something that is completely out of your control, refund some of them who don't get lucky and keep the rest.

Send me 3000 baht instead. You have no better chance at getting in, but at least I am not going to lie to you about it.

Also, if you've got any overstay marked in your passport, many of those companies will not provide a service to you. The last one I used specifically mentioned it on their website.

There are companies that offer access to the fast track immigration lanes in Thailand. They are legitimate companies, I use them all the time. They do not, however, offer guaranteed entry to the country. That is up to the Immigration officer. They do indeed meet you at the gate before immigration with a name card. 3,000 baht is expensive though. Shop around.

This is a service that has been available for a while, but it is now being marketed to people that are living on tourist visas. I don't think the fast track immigration officers are going to ignore your history just because you paid to skip the line. Just know that if you are denied entry, you are probably not getting a refund...

SCAM - fast track entry onmy gaurantee fast service, not entry.

They still assess you like anyone else.

There are many fasttrack services available -

guaranteed entry is debatable.

If you have the correct visa and not 'abusing' the system why need a guaranteed entry - for many (including me) its just to avoid the queues.
