How soon should I apply for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand before it potentially changes or ends?
Crystal ball time, how long left for the DTV? I was going to apply next year but wondering if it would be better to do it sooner and lose part of one of the 5 years.... any thoughts?
Answer summary
The discussion revolves around the urgency of applying for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand, with varying opinions. Some users suggest applying sooner rather than later due to potential changes in the visa's availability or requirements. Others express uncertainty, emphasizing that visa rules can change unexpectedly, and it's wise to consider the risks of missing out if the DTV is discontinued. Suggestions include exploring alternative visas, such as the retirement visa for those over 50, while acknowledging the unpredictability of immigration policies.
