ORIGINAL POSTERI started the process on Thursday, and my visa was approved in Hanoi today.
I did use an agent who did all the paperwork for me,
I had 1,5 year a tourist visum and in the 1,5 year 6 days overstaying
but thanks to all the information I've read and seen here, I understand the process better. I want to thank everyone.

I applied on December 2nd while I was in Indonesia, and tomorrow it will be one full month already, but I still haven’t received any approval or rejection email. It’s taking extremely long in Indonesia.Now , I have to go and wait at another Country.
