I started the process on Thursday, and my visa was approved in Hanoi today.

I did use an agent who did all the paperwork for me,

I had 1,5 year a tourist visum and in the 1,5 year 6 days overstaying

but thanks to all the information I've read and seen here, I understand the process better. I want to thank everyone.

So apparently the online TM30 90 day reporting is fixed 😂. So today I went to use it and guess what? I get a message saying I have overstayed my visa. That is not true and it stops me proceeding to complete my notification. A call to immigration was as helpful as one can expect and they told my to go and do it in person or via post. To do it via post I need to go there and get the form to post 😂

Anyway has anybody managed to get their online data corrected? Immigration offered no solution or help.

Hi everybody,

I have a visa valid until 6th of may. Would it be ok if I have a flight on 7th at 2:30 am and queue up for the stamp before midnight? Or would they still consider it overstay because my flight leaves the next day?

And I also wanted to ask about tourist visa application from seoul korea, any thoughts?

You are always so helpful, many thanks!🙏 🥰🙏

Hi there, I have a question about over running the 30 day tourist visa by a couple of days. Is it possible to just pay a fine at the airport for overrun days or will this cause a problem for me? Would another course of action be better?
