For obtaining the retirement visa in Thailand, you show the bank account holding 800k, but also "5.3 Evidence of foreign currency fund transferred to Thailand". How is this usually done? I had two retirement visas before, I don't remember this part. I transferred this back in 2019 and no longer have the Wise account I transferred from.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a retirement visa in Thailand, you need to show evidence of your bank account holding 800,000 THB and provide 5.3 evidence of foreign currency funds transferred to Thailand. This is typically done by presenting bank statements that show international transfer codes. However, immigration offices may have different requirements, so it's advisable to check with your local office. Keeping older bank books as evidence of past transfers may also be helpful, especially since some offices might not require proof of the funds being initially transferred from abroad.

always keep the full & old bankbooks, as you might need them for evidence that the WISE transfer you made two years ago, were coded as having come from abroad . . . . besides that, follow John's advice, not every Immigration follows this rule. Especially Jomtien Immigration does not need the proof that the money came from abroad. However in Jomtien, their own rule is, you need a proof of a two months seasoning for the application to the initial 90-days visa !

Normally you show it in your bank statements and bank book as it shows the code for International transfer. But check with your local immigration office as to their requirements, they don't all require that
