Hello all friends , thank you for reply for the Google voice for calling outside USA . I signed up for GV but don’t know how it works to call outside Us and afraid have to pay for fee. I am low tech if anyone help me step by steps how to dial  from outside us on Google Voice ? Thank you

I don't think google voice works when it thinks you are in Thailand. You may have to subscribe to a vpn service. Or another option would be to find a voip service which can give you the option of a phone number from your country. More tech stuff alas. Might have to see if you can find a friend or family member to help you out.

Use Rebtel instead. A very cheap and easy way to make calls abroad. Download the app,register and top-up $5. It will last a long time. I've been using Rebtel many years.

Just use your download voice app to make calls and text free.

If need to call internationally, than need to deposit some small amount in yr google wallet ie $10.00. international call charges varies from 0.05 cents per min or higher.

There is a chart in ggv which you can check each country / min for voice call.

There is an application called "voice"

Instead of dialing your phone normally use the google voice app

In the past it was a requirement to include "+1", it may no longer be required. Otherwise it dials the same.
