How can I upload more documents online for your DTV after u submitted it
Answer summary
Once you have submitted your DTV application, you cannot upload additional documents unless the consulate specifically requests more information. Only upon such a request will the system temporarily allow for document uploads.

You cannot upload more documents to your online application after you submitted it. IF the embassy ask you for more documents, then you can upload more.

You can't, unless they ask you to do so, and then the system allows it temporarily
