Hi, can someone gives advice. I try to make appointment for a visa at the Thai Embassy at Laos and nothing happens. Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks

Answer summary

The user is seeking advice on securing a visa appointment at the Thai Embassy in Laos, as all current slots are fully booked. Community members provide insights, noting that the Savannakhet consulate has available appointments until the e-Visa system is implemented on December 20th. They recommend checking appointment slots daily as only two weeks of appointments are visible at a time. The consensus emphasizes waiting for the transition to the e-Visa system if appointments remain inaccessible.

If you want to use a 'walk up' consulate in Lao to apply for a visa you need to use the one in Savannakhet Lao (across the river from Mukdahan Province Thailand)

They still have openings until they switch over to the eVisa system on the 20th of Dec

remember they ONLY show 2 weeks of appts at a time, so at 12:01am the next day comes up for appt (two weeks out)

Here's the savannakhet online appt booking

All slots already busy, you have to wait for January to use an e-visa

You have to wait until they switch to evisa.

You are no longer able to make an appointment as all slots are fully booked. Vientiane will be going to E-Visa in December.
