TLDR : Answer Summary
An expat from the Philippines seeks advice on learning the Thai language and traveling in Thailand. One commenter suggests finding a language school that teaches Thai, obtaining an ED (Education) visa for studying, and then traveling during free days from school.

First find the language school that teach you Thai language and second step is get your ED visa and third step you can travel around Thailand when you have free day from your school or University
