My wife and I have purchased and sold a number of properties over the years n Thailand. We have never needed a lawyer to do so.

- my concern is that provision for a new access road needs to be added to the land title, and the land needs dividing into 2. If the access is not created properly then there is no way to get to the plot without crossing someone else's land.
