TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus is that a RT-PCR test is required if you are transiting through Dubai, with the test needing to be taken within 48 hours prior to travel. However, individual experiences may vary, so it's advisable to check the latest travel regulations and requirements for each leg of your journey.
