Can You Get a 60-Day Tourist Visa at the Laos Consulate if Your Non-B Visa is Expiring?

If you have the Non Immigrant B visa and you come to the end of the 90 days period of the Admitted until ./../.. date stamped in your passport you have to leave the country and you can apply for a new Tourist Visa.
