Can I show my bank balance from a mobile app during a visa interview in Thailand?

If you are asked to come in for an interview, and they ask to see your bank balance, can I just pull it up on the mobile app on my phone?

Do they ask to see the actual statements through the mobile app, or do they reference names and account numbers from the mobile app? Or is it just a quick balance check?

On my mobile banking app it doesn't even say a name or anything. It just has my balance and account number.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When asked for a bank balance during a visa interview in Thailand, it can vary how it's handled. Some officers may simply ask to verify the balance on your mobile app, while others might request actual bank statements for a set period (like three months) or check for specific minimum balances. It's advisable to be prepared with both mobile app access and printed statements to avoid any complications.

In Vientiane, officer checked both paper statement (3months) and mobile app. She actually want to see monthly balance which are constantly at least 500k THB in each month. For me I didn’t have so that I showed one more bank account, I just got Visa this noon.
