TLDR : Answer Summary
The feasibility of opening a bank account, performing transactions, and obtaining a bank statement for a visa application within a short time frame largely depends on the specific embassy's regulations and the bank's policies. While it seems possible, having a longer duration bank statement or substantial funds from the onset might strengthen your visa application.

Taipei seems to be lenient as far as funding duration if I recall. But in Taipei you are taking a small risk.because if it isn't sufficient they will reject you without taking your money first. Do you have any other bank statement of a longer duration with a substantial amount of funds to provide as well, to help show your financial stability?
