TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK citizen plans to return to Thailand after November 1 under the new rules and is seeking guidance on entering with a 30-day visa while qualifying for a retirement or marriage visa. They mention having COVID insurance and are looking for recommendations, particularly for a provider named Arawan, and have received advice on how to contact them through Facebook.
