I’m looking at applying via soft powers (cooking school in Phuket) I have two children that will be home educated and I was wondering if anyone with children have found a cooking school in Phuket that allows you to bring your children to the cooking lessons to join in? I guess kind of family cooking lessons but on the DTV?
Summary so far
The inquiry is about finding a cooking school in Phuket that permits children to join cooking lessons alongside their parents. The poster plans to apply for a visa under 'soft powers' related to education and is interested in family-friendly cooking classes. However, the responses primarily veered off-topic, discussing banking and money transfer processes without addressing the original question regarding cooking schools.

I use the SWIFT system for transferring from my home bank to my Thai bank for the last few years and it has been working generally very promptly and reliably. Then I use my local Thai bank's app for paying bills and other daily expenses.
Willy Lusch the fee is of absolute no importance....what actually lands in your account is. Wise get bad rap for higher fees but most don't grasp that they use full interbank rate on transactions....I gave up years ago doing comparisons as Wise invariably came out top in 99% of the cases
Paul Thomas I use them both monthly. Used for years.
Just for my curiosity i sent exact same amount 11.000 baht landing in my account. And with Revolut it cost 0.79€ less...So fee matters slightly at least with this sum.
Why is nobody mentioning Charles Schwab accounts? Charles Schwab fully refunds every single charge and transfer fee within 48 hours. You can use your ATM card to withdraw from any bank without any transfer fee and without the kingdom, knowing anything about your finances.
Dar Alt the Thai banks and the Thai Tax Revenue Department are able to follow EVERY transacation and every ATM withdrawal you do. Thailand has signed the Common Reporting Standard treaty, the CRS, which means that all these transactions and withdrawals are transparent
No, it’s a debit card. Open a Schwab account and after you receive your debit card transfer from your bank to your Schwab account and use at atm in Thailand and every month they reimburse the atm fees.
Tim Cooley why would you have to transfer from your debit card to your Schwab account? Your debit card is from your Schwab account so no need to transfer anything.
