Today I got my DTV approved from Hanoi. Thanks for all help in this group. 🙏

Last Thursday evening I submitted (Muay Thay, 6 months course, CoreCombat Chiang Mai) and was displayed on Friday "pending approve" until yesterday, when they set me back again to "pending check documents". This morning they asked for an update of the financial evidence (my first bank statement was of the 21st). 2h later I got the visa approved by email.

Answer summary

The user successfully received approval for their DTV visa from Hanoi after submitting an application for a 6-month Muay Thai course in Chiang Mai. Following a series of status updates regarding document checks and financial evidence, the approval was granted shortly after providing the necessary bank statements. The comments include inquiries about financial requirements and bank statement regulations for visa approvals.

do english bank statements need to be notarised or anything special? I saw some embassies require that. I'm going to Vietnam to do mine soon.
