James Miller, just to report. My friend went with all the paperwork and his girlfriend to the Immigration Office Sisaket again today.

All IO including the boss insist that you have to have a Thai Bank account for 12 month and the 800000 for 3 month before you can apply for extension of the OA visa he got in UK. It's on the end the second year. The money is there over 3 month.
