I believe where the office is now will move into a new government complex in Mahasarakham when they finished the building...I have personally completed a 30 day extension on my multi "0" and recently a 12 month extension due to marriage there.... :-) :-)

the nearest immigration where I got my visa is at sahkon Nakhon

. Good to know. They used to use Sakhon Nakhon and Mahasarakham residents used Khon Kaen until the new office was fully operational around the begining of the year.

I have a friend from Kalasin who uses Mahasarakham immigration (located at the police firing range just outside Mahasarakham) no problem I use too I live Kantharawichai.

Apparently the immigration office is now open at Mahasarakhan university but residents of Kalasin are advised to use their usual imm office at Nakhon Sakhon
