Do you need a passport to fly from Phuket to Bangkok for proof of identification?
My friend who needs to fly with me has a Thai drivers license and I only have an identification card from Australia. Both our passports are being processed for work permits.
Obviously it is up to the airline’s discretion, I’m just curious if anyone has a negative experience where they have not been able to fly domestically within Thailand without a passport.
It was stated that the CAAT is considering limit arriving flights between the hours of 23:00 - 04:00.
Are there any more statements about them going through with this? I went to their website and didn't see anything new, but I don't know how reliable the posting are for the English page.
