My husband and I are planning on retiring to Thailand in the next couple of years.

I have been unable to ascertain whether the OA visa requires BOTH of us to have 80,000 baht each in a Thai bank or not....any assistance from other married couples living in Thailand would be greatly appreciated! TIA

To confirm before I book my ticket, HCMC, as far as anyone is concerned, is still giving the NON-o M with no proof of funds based on marriage, and that it is still a next day visa? If i fly in on Monday, apply on tuesday and then pick up visa and fly out wedneday evening, all should be good, correct?
