Looking for experiences for Jakarta Softpower.

I am in Indonesia now and want to apply for a soft power DTV (Muay Thai).

I am hearing mixed experiences for the embassy of Jakarta. My Muay Thai school is telling me, they do want a proof you have trained Muay Thai before. But I haven't, but would love to try. Thought of doing a 6 month course with a reputable certified gym.

Also I'm hearing that they do an interview. No problem with that in general, but I'm at Bali and do not really appreciate to fly there on a very short notice?

Any experiences of people with softpower Muay Thai?

Did you get the DTV for a 6 month course (or only METV)?
