Will the Vietnamese consulate approve my student visa application if my school didn't provide a letter addressed to them?

Good evening everyone! Sorry to bother and take your time to read my queries. I’m going to Vietnam to apply my student visa and already visited the website but the problem is the school didn’t comply exactly what I requested to them that the recommendation letter should be address to the consulate of Vietnam. They just prepared the same documents required in Laos, my question now is it okay and do they still approve my application? Does anyone experience same scenario? Coz I already bought my ticket and hotel accomodation.

Thank you and lovely weekend cheers!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the adequacy of their school's recommendation letter for their Vietnamese student visa application, which was not addressed to the Vietnamese consulate as required. They are concerned about the potential impact on their visa application given that they have already booked their travel arrangements.
