The calendar for 2020 holidays isn't out yet for them.
AND the online appointment system is only activated until the 20th of Dec <- OR that's all I can see right now..
I know they'll be closed the 1st for sure.
I'd say plan ANY visa runs as if they are going to be closed.

IF I was to guess I'd say NO they're not gonna be closed the 2nd because they weren't closed Jan 2nd this year, only new years day.
