I'm booked to arrive in Chiangmai on Saturday evening Nov.5 and will need to file my TM 30 on Monday. Is the immigration office closed in that week due to Loy Krathong? It doesn't seem to be showing up as a holiday period?

Loy Kratong isn’t a public holiday. No closures that I know of in November.
