Am I correct in thinking if it's a thai public holiday 5th December and 10th December that means all Thai embassy are closed? 

Sat on pending approval and my friend just got approved at 5pm but I submitted additional documents couple hours after was hoping he boxed off this week but just seen about public holidays

Embassies will be closed on the 5th of December as it's the b'day of His Majesty the Late King Rama IX, National Day and Father's day.
