Hi I have a question about the Non-immigrant OA Visa (from my country). If I submit application whist still working (full-time) and declare full time salary on form, then retire a month or 2 later then travel to thailand does this affect visa during the 1 year period. My transfer to superannuation income from full time income will still be well above the 65,000BHT minimum. I will then transfer to retirement visa at end of 1 year period.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-Immigrant OA Visa remains valid for one year after issuance, provided the application meets requirements at the time of submission. Changes in employment status after the application, such as retiring while maintaining an income above the minimum threshold, will not affect the visa's validity.

Once your Non-OA is issued (as you meet the requirements for Non-OA as of the application date), any change other than insurance coverage after that wouldn't affect your ability to use that visa. You can use your Non-OA for 1 year after issuance (NOT after you actually retire) as it is supposed to be.
