Hello, I have two questions about the visa I just received. Can someone tell me why there’s three stamps for the visa and second question is how soon can I go and apply for a one year retirement visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The three stamps on your visa indicate different aspects: one indicates the type (Non-Immigrant O visa for over 50 years old), another shows the date of issue and validity, and the third confirms the change in your visa status. You need to wait a minimum of 60 days before applying for a one-year extension of stay.

What is in the name, some people call this a retirement visa.

You got one stamp with the big red circle stamp inside and that is your new Non Immigrant O visa based on being over 50 years of age.

The small stamp on the side, is the date you got this visa 23 April and the 90 days of stay until 21 July 2020 which goes along with this visa.

On the bottom a stamp that your current stay is converted to a new Non Immigrant O visa

Now you have to wait minimum 60 days to apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay. Mostly same documents needed, only the bank statements must be updated
