I'm on an education visa and need to do a 90 day report in person (since online doesn't seem to be working for me, I keep getting errors on both the website and the mobile app.)
• Do I go to the promenada location or the one by the airport?
• Have there been any changes due to the current covid situation?
This would be my first report I did myself, the previous one was done through the school I'm in. My stamp expires on January 25th.
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user needs to do a 90-day immigration report for their education visa, asking if they should go to the Promenada location or the one by the airport, and whether there are any changes due to COVID-19. Responses suggest that both locations can be used, with the airport having a drive-thru option. Promenada is open and often has no waiting time in the afternoons.

Yes there are two immigration offices you can use in Chiang Mai to do a 90 day report, the Promenada Mall location AND the main location near the Airport.
Promenada is open and a good option as the few times I've past in the last week, in the afternoon (they close from 12-1pm), there's been no waiting. Straight in and out.
