TLDR : Answer Summary
A user sought clarification on where to report for their 90 Days report in Chiang Mai, mentioning trouble with online reporting. They learned the Promenada office would be open for in-person reporting despite upcoming closures, and later provided details of their experience at the office, including long waiting times and a rapid reporting process.

So I went to Promenada (Chiang Mai), last day before the closing of the whole mall and Immgration coming back to near Airport offices.

Why the web site wasn't working for me ?

No explanation, they just said, "we are living special days…"

I waited 1h30 then got a ticket then was called up.

I gave my passport and form, sat no more than 35 secondes in front of the officer, and I got the passport back with 90 days reports sticked in.

It is a long time I didn't do 90 days report in person so I didn't remenver well, but before they typed every infos in the computer and took me a picture with the camera. Today, nothing at all ! My form will piles up the paper stock – and perhaps will never be entered in the database ? Anyway it's a bit silly. At least, the "meeting" could have last 10 minutes, not seconds… The ratio waiting time/action isn't worthy at all :).

OK I found out myselve that the Promenada offices will close as well as the wall mall tomorrow 25th of March, and so it should be still opened today 24th. I will go there.

have a nice day, take care of you all.
