Hey guys,

Was about to head to Penang for a tourist Visa. I have a red stamp from Vientiane after only applying once there.

Spoke to an agent about this in Penang and says no go for setv from Penang because of this.

1. Does anyone know where I can go other than Penang or Vientiane for a tourist visa?

2. Has anyone else had this problem? I've not heard about this before.
