Where can a Chinese national working in the Philippines submit a DTV application?
Hello everyone, I am Chinese and currently working in the Philippines, where can I submit my DTV application? I really appreciate any useful advice and experience.

You can apply via the Manila embassy. It’s all online applications but you need to be in the country you apply from.
