What should I prepare for my first entry into Thailand with a DTV Muay Thai visa at DMK airport?
Hello,
I have DTV Muay thai from Paris embassy. I am doing my first entry this week end. Will be flying from Kuala Lumpur to DMK. My visa is legit but as I have read people getting interviewed/denied at immigration for example in Chiang Mai or Phuket, I am a bit worried.
From what I read BKK airport is fine but how about DMK?
Also what documents do you recommend to prepare and have with me for immigration process?

The number of people who have had problems, including being denied entry, seems to be very small. These cases generally involve people with a particular immigration history, especially those who try to live in Thailand year-round using the DTV.
The DTV is still a visa for specific purposes, not a guarantee that you can spend most of the year in Thailand for five years. But since you’ve only just got your DTV, you don’t have that kind of immigration history, so there’s absolutely no reason for you to worry about it.

There are verifiable reports (mainly of first entrants) being requested to fill up a Passenger Statement Form at Phuket and Chiang Mai Airports only. There is only one applicable requirement from the three you list, that being possession of 20,000 THB cash or equivalent. This requirement also applies to other types of visas plus visa exempt entries. Certainly not for DTV only.Za *******
Barnabas Collins besides the 20k cash requirement, DTV holders can be asked for other proof of funds which allows them to support themselves during the 180 days stay, which is the 500k

Have access to all the documents you used for your application and any updated one as well as evidence you're actually participating in the classes (photos etc). In addition to that the 20K THB as mentioned by others.

Make sure you have accommodation booked and 20k baht or equivalent in cash. That should be it

I've never had a problem flying into DMk..I use the airport frequently. I've also never heard about a problem on here too
